Over the weekend I found myself daydreaming about wide open spaces and the ultimate country house. I guess being cooped up in the city in February will do that to you. What got me going was an article in the Times a few weeks ago about a house in Idaho that Tom Kundig designed for Jan Cox, an artist and designer. The images of this lone outpost with huge glass windows and warm wood interiors captured my imagination and sent me looking at all of Tom Kundig’s other house designs. Wow. They are stunning…
